Sawai Madhopur Lodge is a prestigious five star hotel on the Ranthambore National Park road. The lodge is a 20-minute drive from the Park One of the finest hotels belonging to the Taj Group, this immaculate hotel is the ultimate experience in indulgence.

Built in 1930 by Maharaja Sawai Man Singh 11 of Jaipur as a lodge for his hunting trips to the jungles of Ranthambore which were the favorite hunting grounds of the Royalfamily of Jaipur. The highlight of the trip to Sawai Madhopur is the visit to the Ranthambore National Park, which is one of the finest habitats in the world for the Tigers. Accommodation Facilities
22 standard rooms, 10 superior rooms, including 2 executive suites and 6 tents in addition from October to March. Maximum two adults and one child per room. Executive Suites: Over 1000 square feet, each of these two suites are reminiscent of an age of grandeur, Princely Kingdoms and gracious living. Both suites open out to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and front lawn.

These Superior Rooms have a view of the front gardens, close to the lobby. Rooms are equipped with a writing desk, dressing table, a mini bar and colour television. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. Complimentary fresh fruit basket in room. Complimentary pressing of one suit and dress per night. Complimentary bottles of mineral water in room each day.

Doctor on call, baby-sitting, car rental, jungle safari tours, and travel desk, room service are some of the facilities guest can look forward to at the Sawai Madhopur Lodge. Added to this, the dining room at the hotel can be used for business meetings for up to 30 persons.

By Rail: Sawai Madhopur is easily accessible by rail from Jaipur and other metropolitan cities like Delhi and Mumbai. Complimentary private transfers can be arranged from the Sawai Madhopur railway station to the resort. The drive takes about 15 minutes.
